AfricanXcape is a luxury travel business that curates high-end, experience-rich tours across South Africa. Our offerings include guided safari adventures, coastal escapes, golf and casino retreats, and bespoke travel itineraries for international visitors.
Booking Fulfilment Policy
All booking requests are processed within 2 to 5 business days of receiving payment, subject to availability. Confirmation of your itinerary and any applicable travel documents will be sent via email.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All services are subject to availability. Should any component of your itinerary become unavailable after payment, AfricanXcape will issue a full refund within 30 days.
If a client elects to cancel a confirmed booking, a 5% administration fee will apply. Additional cancellation penalties may be levied depending on supplier terms (e.g. hotels, safari lodges, flights). For full details, please consult our AfricanXcape Booking Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Policy
AfricanXcape respects and protects the privacy of all website users. We comply with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), 2 of 2000, and other applicable privacy regulations.
